Is Brkrr really free for agents?
Yes — Brkrr is completely free for agents. Your listing, leads, and reviews are all included at no cost.
How does Brkrr verify my licence?
For Ontario agents, we cross-reference your licence number against your provincial registry (FSRA for Ontario). We also require a Persona government ID verification so consumers know the listing belongs to a real person. For other provinces, we verify against the relevant provincial regulator (BCFSA, RECA, AMF, etc.).
I'm not in Ontario — can I still list on Brkrr?
Yes. Agents from BC, Alberta, and all other provinces can self-register. You'll enter your licence number and province, and our team will manually verify it against your provincial regulator before your listing goes live.
How long does it take to go live?
Identity verification takes 3–5 minutes. Admin review of your claim typically completes within 24–48 hours on business days. You'll receive an email the moment your listing is approved.
What happens if my licence expires?
You'll receive reminders at 60 and 30 days before expiry. If your licence expires without renewal, your listing is automatically hidden from search. Once you renew and confirm, it goes straight back live.
Can consumers leave fake reviews?
No. Every review on Brkrr requires the reviewer to sign in with Google or LinkedIn. Brkrr-verified reviews are only sent after a confirmed closed transaction. There are no anonymous reviews.
